Tyson Beckford has drawn the ire of the internet for slamming Wendy Williams' struggles with her health.

The model cum actor sat down for a recent interview on The Breakfast Club, where he spoke about the rumors she spread in the past about him being gay. Seemingly still better, Beckford slammed her by referring to her frontotemporal dementia:

"There's only two rumors that hit you when you're in the industry. One, you're either gay, or two, you're a playboy. Or the third one is you just like white women. I've dated like three white women in my whole life and boom you're stuck with this title. So, another reason I got on this show was to try to kill all of that stuff."

Tyson Beckford said of Wendy,

"She's not around no more, she's not on the radio no more, which we know. I don't know why she started that rumor on me but you know what? Karma hit yo a**. good for you. No F's given." He went on, "Her karma has come to her. You just up in people's business, makin' up stuff, why? To get clout? radio?"

Wendy Williams cancelled her famous talk show back in 2022, and two years later, her team announced her diagnosis. She has since had several public health battles, including alcohol abuse and a Graves’ disease diagnosis, Today has reported.

Notably, Wendy Williams wasn't the only one to accuse Tyson Beckford of being gay. Back in 2018, he slammed Kim Kardashian as he said:

“Sorry I don’t care for it personally. She is not real. Doctor f*** up on her right hip.”

Kim shot back, as if to imply he were homosexual:

“sis we all know why you don’t care for it,” she said.

But Tyson Beckford wasn't having it, as reported by Hollywood Unlocked:

“Sometimes I’ll get a couple suckers on Instagram who will try to say like, ‘Oh, yeah. You gay,’” he shared. “Then I’m like ‘Where is this coming from?’ You heard it from that dumba**? And then you heard it from that stupid b**** Wendy Williams?” He went on, “Man, f*** all of them! I ain’t never been gay, nor do I have a problem with gay people. It’s just like, don’t try to turn a situation into something because I got the best of you.”

As for Wendy Williams, a four-part documentary about her dementia came out on Lifetime in February 2024, and it chronicled the life of the former talk show host and her loved ones. It focused on her new take on life after stepping away from her show. Williams served as the producer of the documentary.
