American model and former New York Jets broadcaster, Jenn Sterger, opens up in the upcoming Netflix documentary, which explores the Brett Favre s*xting scandal. In the upcoming documentary, she shares her side of the story and the impact the whole matter had on her life.
The television personality and the Maxim model, Sterger, who joined the New York Jets in 2008 as the Gameday Host, was on the receiving end of an NFL quarterback, Brett Favre's accusations. The National Football League Hall of Famer, Favre, allegedly sent Jenn Sterger lewd messages and inappropriate voicemails.
When the NFL investigated the matter in 2010, they were unable to prove that Favre breached the league's conduct policy. However, the 55-year-old Green Bay Packer star footballer had to pay a fine of $50,000 for not cooperating with the investigation process. Eventually, Favre confessed to sending Sterger those crude messages and voicemails.
Sterger, who is married to Cody Decker, a former professional baseball outfielder, faced a difficult time after the Jets scandal, which pretty negatively impacted her professional life. However, Jenn has chosen a completely different career path and has now become a professional stand-up comedian. Before becoming a stand-up comic, she worked at AEW (All Elite Wrestling) as an on-air personality, conducting interviews with wrestlers.
According to CBS Sports, Jenn informed For The Win's Nina Mandell regarding the Favre scandal, saying:
"I just really want people to get the full scope of what happened to me so that I not only can move on but I can be given the second chance that I've been waiting for."
Sterger further added:
"A lot of people don't realize I've never met Brett Favre. I don't know him. I've never met him personally, never shaken his hand, never said hello, never introduced myself. So to this day, a lot of people don't realize I was cyber-bullied. I wasn't his mistress, I wasn't his girlfriend, we had no physical interaction at all, and I think that that's something, to this day, that still shocks people."
A Netflix documentary exploring the Brett Favre s*xting scandal is about to be released soon

Jenn Sterger opens up about NFL quarterback Favre in the upcoming Netflix documentary Untold: The Fall of Favre, which explores Brett's legacy and unchecked behaviour. The official trailer of the documentary was released on April 29, 2025, in which Sterger can be seen saying:
"Brett Favre ultimately destroyed my life."
In the trailer, she also talks about how Favre managed to get her phone number. Sterger said:
"I was at a game, and someone said Brett Favre wanted your phone number and I just kept saying no. I started getting text messages, and then I started getting voicemails when I was like, ‘Oh, I’m in serious trouble here.’"
When Brett Favre was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in September 2024, Jenn took to social media and shared an Instagram Story in which she wrote:
"PSA: Please don’t send me links to it. I’ve seen it. I can read. I don’t wish bad things on anyone, but I know Karma never forgets an address. Imagine being diagnosed with such a terrible disease and not having the resources to fight it bc some Hall-of-Fame quarterback stole it?"
Untold: The Fall of Favre is scheduled to be released on May 20, 2025, on Netflix.
