Bethenny Frankel is slamming Joy Behar for her inflammatory comments about her appearance, which she made on national television after Frankel walked this year's Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Runway Show.
The Real Housewives of New York City alum, 54, took to Instagram to share a video of herself sitting outside. She had a straw hat on and a white bralette top as she reflected on the 82-year-old View host's comments.
"So, Joy Behar took a swipe at me on The View. Whoopi [Goldberg] mentioned that I was talking about the show saying that none of us looked that way that we looked two hours prior, it took a lot of work and glam team," Bethenny said. She continued: "And Joy's response was 'I appreciate her candor, but she has fake boobs.'"
During the latest episode of The View, the comedian was discussing why women like Kris Jenner, Cheryl Burke, and Bethenny Frankel have been forced to come clean about going under the knife for cosmetic enhancements as they shared a video of the latter reflecting on the effort it took for her to look the way she did on the runway:
“Every women that was with me on that stage did not look that way two hours prior. It was everybody’s job. … There is a lot of work that goes into [it], a lot of glam, a lot of contouring, a lot of lighting," Bethenny Frankel says in the video.
Joy Behar remarked, in response:
"Well, I admire her candor but her boobs are still fake… Just saying."

In her Instagram video, Bethenny Frankel also noted that her breasts are real, but credited their perkiness to a breast lift that she got '15-20 years ago.'
"These are a lift from like 15-20 years ago, I had very large, big boobs in high school that were saggy, floppy and this is actually a lift, Joy," she admitted.
Bethenny Frankel also said that the one thing The View does is it depicts middle-aged women and older women can live their lives freely with happiness and with joy, and we're not washed-up, miserable older women.'
"And I actually feel sorry for Joy that she hasn't lived her life or doesn't seem to be living her life with any joy," she added. "Because you have to be really miserable to take a swipe at something that is literally self-deprecating and literally leveling the playing field saying yeah, we all look like this but we had a lot of work that day."
She didn't end her tirade there:
"Sadly Joy is painting the picture of the older seemingly miserable washed up woman that all of us are trying to show we aren't," she said. "So you keep being happy, you keep living your life, you keep being the example of a woman of a certain age that you would be proud of." She concluded: "And we have women like Joy Behar that remind us who we don't want to be. Have a good day."
The Bravo reality star walked the runway on Saturday, May 31, alongside other stars like Alix Earl, Remi Bader, and Stassi Schroeder. At one point, she took off her sarong to show off the polka-dotted thong bikini she had on underneath. She also debuted several different swimsuits, including a denim bikini coupled with a cowboy hat.
She later took to TikTok to share her daughter's sweet reaction to the moment. Bethany Frankel shares daughter Brynn with ex-husband Jason Hoppy.
“A few miserable people said, ‘What would your daughter say?’ And I know because the peanut just FaceTimed me,” said in the video, posted on June 1. “She said, ‘Mama! I saw you, you did so good. You have such a good tush, mama. And she said, ‘You look like you look 30 years old.’ It was so sweet. So we know how my daughter would feel.”
Bethenny Frankel also noted that Brynn could not make it for her mother's catwalk, though overall, Frankel said she had a good experience with the show. Appreciating the “body positive” vibes of being on the runway, she captioned the video:
“What would my daughter think of me being in a thong in a fashion show… The answer is proud."
As for her workout routine, Bethenny Frankel spoke with The Daily Mail about how she keeps her body in shape. As it turns out, she doesn't go to the gym at all.
'I don't work out. I just stay active in ways that feel natural - walking, moving, living. I don't force it,' she said. 'I walk. That's my main form of movement.'
She elucidated on how having a 'healthy relationship with food and exercise' is how her body keeps fit.
"I self-regulate," she continued. "Sometimes I'm super active and eat clean, and sometimes I rest and indulge. I go through phases, like everyone, but I always come back to center. It's about balance, not extremes."
In the 10 days leading up to the show, Bethenny Frankel revealed that she made an extra 'effort to care for herself.'
"I slept more, ate well, stayed hydrated, and created space to just feel good," she said. "It wasn't about "getting ready" for a moment - it was about being good to myself."
