Teen Mom alum Mackenzie McKee has given birth to two new beautiful baby girls with her fiancé, Khesanio Hall. As the couple’s fans congratulate them on their big news, some of them are curious about the man who stole Mackenzie’s heart.

Khesanio Hall, also known as “Khess,” was born in Jamaica, a former professional MLS soccer player turned enthusiast coach in Florida. Hall, who was born in October 1994, has made a transition from the field into guiding the new generation of athletes.

That journey started with a background in academics and sports. According to his LinkedIn profile, he received a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and Psychology from Northeastern University, then went on to earn an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Oklahoma Wesleyan University in 2021.

Hall has cultivated a multifaceted career based on his love for soccer and desire to work with young people. He is currently the boys' head soccer coach at Dixie Hollins High School in St. Petersburg, Florida, a position he began in August 2023. He is also certified as a coach at the St. Pete Raiders Soccer Club, where he has been employed since January 2022.

Before working as a coach, Hall gained extensive experience in youth-related jobs. He also enjoyed a career as a Training Resource Coordinator at R'Club Child Care Inc. and as a Youth Athletic Specialist with the Pinellas County Sheriff's Police Athletic League.

Khesanio Hall also enjoyed a successful career as a professional soccer player before venturing into coaching. His playing career included stints with Stumptown AC and the Ocean City Nor’easters, in addition to coaching at clubs such as the Charlotte Independence Soccer Club.

The time Hall spent playing in various states and for different teams has certainly added to his coaching experience and knowledge.

Outside of his work life, Hall has become known for his relationship with reality television star Mackenzie McKee. The couple made their relationship public in late 2022 and became engaged in June 2024 (Yahoo News).

They became parents to twin daughters, Ja’Kharie Angie Hall and Ja’Meikah Angella Hall, whose names paid tribute to their mothers, on June 2, 2025.

In addition to their newborns, Hall has also openly welcomed Mackenzie’s three kids from her first marriage. McKee has lauded Hall as a loyal partner and father figure in interviews and on social media, emphasizing his consideration and dependability. She had previously referred to him as her “soulmate” and said that their relationship was founded on deep compatibility and mutual respect.

With Mackenzie and Khesanio embarking on a new life as parents of twins, it seems like Khesanio Hall is managing his personal life while maintaining a very demanding and fulfilling line of work in youth sports.
