In her Netflix docuseries Victoria Beckham, the singer-turned-fashion designer shared personal experiences from her past. In 2008, Mel B, or Melanie B, another popular member of the Spice Girls, made a comment that really upset her.

According to Variety, just before stepping into the fashion industry and launching her empire, Victoria Beckham joined her group again in 2008, when the Spice Girls decided to reunite for a music tour. Victoria said it was "good to be back with them," but also shared that a comment from Mel B upset her. Victoria revealed:

"One of the girls actually said to me, and it did upset me not too long ago actually - it was Melaniue B who said to me, 'Don't forget where you've come from'".

She continued:

"I have never forgotten where I've come from. I have never, ever forgotten that Posh Spice is the reason that I'm sitting her now. She might have been grumpy, but she was actually great."

Victoria further added:

"It was good to celebrate the Spice Girls, but it was during that tour that I realized I didn't belong on stage. It had been fun, but it wasn't what I loved anymore."
