Michael Lohan Jr., who is a businessman working primarily in real estate, is now involved in a lawsuit, where he is being sued for allegedly committing several acts of real estate fraud. According to Daily Mail, Michael Lohan Jr. has been named in the lawsuit issued by New York General Attorney Letitia James, alongside several of his associates who are being accused of alleged real estate fraud toward tenants of over hundred and fifty apartments. Michael Lohan Jr., previously starred in several films and currently works as a managing partner at the Nineteen Blocks Real Estate Group.Michael Lohan Jr., was just earlier this year seen attending the red carpet premiere of Lindsay Lohan's much anticipated movie Freakier Friday, alongside the other Lohan siblings. According to Daily Mail, Michael Lohan, who is associated with the real estate company Peak Capital in some capacity was allegedly involved in overcharging tenants for their own profit. In her statement, issued earlier this month Letitia James explained that the people named in the lawsuit initiated certain schemes to bypass the enforced rent-stabilized laws present in New York.
