Nick Viall, a reality television personality and podcaster, recently signed a $30 million deal with podcast hosting company, Libsyn, as per a report on The Ankler. According to Natalie Jarvey reporting on the Ankler, Viall’s long term deal includes revenue sharing agreements on sales, distribution and hosting rights for Viall’s media company, Envy Media.
Safe to say, this deal would lead to a significant rise in Nick Viall’s net worth. As of 2024, Hot New Hip Hop notes that Eric Singer reported that Nick Viall’s net worth was $7 million.
US Weekly reports that Viall, during his conversation with Jarvey, spoke about landing the $30 million deal and said,
“I’ve been acting like The Viall Files has been competing with the top 1 percent of podcasts ever since it existed. Now I feel like I actually am…We can apply our playbook of what’s made ‘The Viall Files’ successful to the other shows we want to produce.”
In an interview with The Daily Beast, Viall spoke about the direction his show has taken, saying,
"Why can’t we operate like a Good Morning America? Why can’t we operate like an Ellen Show? When it comes to what people are actually listening and paying attention to, it’s shows like mine."

Before Viall became a popular television and podcast personality, he worked as an account executive for a Chicago based company, according to Bustle. The news outlet reports that Viall’s role in the company, Sales Force, revolved primarily around managing its relationships with its clients. As per Idol Persona, Viall’s salary was around $100K per year, which according to the report, was the average salary of an account executive in 2019.
Viall first appeared in the reality television show, The Bachelorette, as a contestant in 2014. At the time, he did not win any prize money for his appearance on the show. Idol Persona mentions that contrary to popular belief, the reality television series does not pay its contestants.
However, the popularity that Viall achieved as a contestant on the show played a part in his eventual career transition into a media personality, a career change which would eventually make Viall a millionaire.
