Shay Mitchell is going viral for her new K-beauty-inspired children's skincare line. The Pretty Little Liars actress announced the launch of her newest venture, dubbed rini, just this week. Meant for kids between the ages of two to teens, it has been described as a “consciously crafted skin care and play brand developed specifically for kids", with the aim to “inspire curiosity and confidence while supporting healthy habits from an early age”. Fans have since begun wondering about the 38-year-old businesswoman's net worth. According to Celebrity Net Worth, Shay Mitchell boasts $6 million. She is most known for her work on Pretty Little Liars, though she also serves as the spokesperson for the Pantene Nature Fusion line. Everything we know about Shay Mitchell's newest skin-care line for kids: As reported by The Daily Mail, Shay Mitchell joined forces with Esther Song and Matte Babel to launch Rini because they wanted products that are 'gentle, trustworthy, and inspire creativity.' The brand hit the shelves on Thursday, and it features five pieces inspired by motherhood and Korean beauty traditions: Hydrating Hydrogel Facial Masks in two varieties, Hydrating and After-Sun, and Everyday Facial Sheet Masks in puppy, unicorn, and panda designs. The actor, who also shares two kids with co-founder Matte Babel, reportedly collaborated with leading pediatric chemists and laboratories in South Korea."The idea for rini came from real parenting moments, when we realised the products we wanted for our kids simply did not exist," she said in a statement. As reported by The Mirror, in an interview with Elle, she said that she was inspired to create the line because of her own two daughters, Atlas, 6, and Rome, 3. She recounted an instance where she and Song took their girls to a dance camp. At the time, the latter's daughter had her face painted bright purple. “We’re paper-toweling her face with water to try and get it off. I don’t know what was in this paint, but it stayed on—that stuff, it was really, really strong,” Mitchell said to Elle. The moment sparked an idea for the two mothers: an everyday skincare line for these “everyday parenting moments.” The skincare line is reportedly approved by U.S. dermatologists and leading safety firms, and also meets the requirements of the EU Cosmetic Regulation. The Everyday Facial Sheet Masks retail for $5.99 per mask, and they feature calm, soothing ingredients, including 100 percent pure cotton and vitamin E. As for the Hydrating hydrogel facial masks these retail for $6.99. Stay tuned to SoapCentral for more.
