Pink Floyd's Roger Waters had earlier publicly criticized Ozzy Osbourne. Waters, during an interview with The Independent Ink earlier this year, talked about the late singer and said,

"Ozzy Osbourne, who just died, bless him in his...whatever that state that he was in his whole life. We'll never know. Although he was all over the TV for hundreds of years with his idiocy and nonsense. The music, I have no idea. I couldn't give a f***."

Ozzy's son, Jack Osbourne, had earlier called out the Pink Floyd singer for his comments on X and said,

"Hey @rogerwaters, f**k you. How pathetic and out of touch you've become. The only way you seem to get attention these days is by vomitting out bullshit in the press. My father always thought you were a c**t - thanks for proving him right."

Ozzy Osbourne's family drops Roger Waters limited-edition diss shirt

A new shirt from Ozzy Osbourne's merch was announced on the late singer's Instagram page on December 1. The reel featured a cartoon version of Ozzy urinating a rainbow onto a wall that resembles the cover of the Pink Floyd album, The Wall.

The text on the top read,

"Another Prick in the Wall tee available for 48 hours only!"

The words "Another Prick in the Wall" were in reference to the three-part composition by Pink Floyd, Another Brick in The Wall. The audio featured a recording of Ozzy's wife, Sharon Osbourne, criticizing Roger Waters during a recent episode of The Osbournes podcast.

"He has no charisma, he looks like Frankenstein. The guy is sick in the head, he is not relevant in today's world. Nobody likes him. (He's) boring, (has) no charisma, he's got no stage presence...(he's) envious and he's just a bad seed."

Jack Osbourne also addressed Roger Waters' comments in the podcast episode and said,

"That's why my dad always thought you were a c**t - because it's true! Dad would always be like, 'I love Pink Floyd. I fu**ing hate Roger Waters.' But dad would never say that publicly, because you don't do that."

Ozzy Osbourne died on July 22, 2025, in Birmingham, England. His death certificate noted that the late legend died of a heart attack and that he suffered from coronary heart disease and Parkinson's. Osbourne went public with his Parkinson's diagnosis in 2020, which affected his mobility and speech.

However, the rocker still continued to give performances and his last performance was on July 5, 2025.
