Judge Kevin Farmer showed little patience during the proceedings, finding Gibson in contempt after it was revealed that his contributions had been far short of the court order.

Since April 2023, Gibson had reportedly sent only about $2,200 each month. According to TMZ, the judge gave Gibson one last chance to avoid jail. He was ordered to pay $73,000 within 48 hours, a figure that also included $7,500 in attorney fees for his ex-wife, Samantha Lee.
