Twitch streamer Zoe Spencer said that she was not going to "stalk" Chance the Rapper after the latter refused to give her his phone number. The streamer met the rapper during an event in Chicago, and during the last ten minutes of her livestream, she was seen dancing with Chance and asking for his number.However, Chance the Rapper refused to give her his number and gave her his Instagram handle instead. He was seen giving Zoe a hug before leaving the nightclub. Zoe, while reacting to a video of the moment, expressed that she was not going to "stalk" the rapper and that she was upset the rapper didn't give her his digits.
