Aaron Phypers, who was married to Nicollette Sheridan from 2015 until their divorce in 2018, recently filed for divorce from his second wife, Denise Richards, according to People Magazine. According to the outlet, the couple married in 2018, just a few months after Phypers' divorce from Nicollette Sheridan was finalized.

Nicollette Sheridan, who was also previously married to actor Harry Hamlin, rose to fame with her role as Edie Britt on the popular ABC drama Desperate Housewives, a role for which she was nominated for a Golden Globe Award in 2005.

Nicollette Sheridan married Aaron Phypers in 2015, after first being linked to him in December 2014. According to People Magazine, the couple were married for just six months before announcing their split on June 19, 2016. However, Sheridan and Phypers' divorce was not finalized until 2018.

According to the court documents acquired by People Magazine, their divorce was finalized in August 2018, which stated that neither party would receive spousal support. It read:

"The Court finds that [Phypers] and [Sheridan] have waived any right to receive spousal support from the other at any time, whether temporary or permanent or post-judgment. No court shall have jurisdiction to order spousal support for either Party at any time.”

The document further added:

"All clothing, jewelry, artwork, antiques, and other items of a personal nature in [her] possession, the horse commonly referred to as ‘Leo.’” On the other hand, Aaron Phypers would keep “all clothing, jewelry, artwork, antiques, and other items of a personal nature in [his] possession,” as well as “any and all pieces of real property owned by or standing in the name of [Phypers].”

In 2017, soon after his separation from Nicollette Sheridan, Aaron Phypers started dating Denise Richards, who was previously married to actor Charlie Sean, with whom she shares two children. The couple was together for two years before they tied the knot in September 2018.

According the People Magazine, just a few months before her divorce from Phypers, Richards, during her appearance on the reality TV show, Denise Richards & Her Wild Things, claimed that she was not getting divorced from Aaron Phypers. She stated:

"It's not easy being married to me. It is not, and she said it! But this is it. I'm done. Yeah, I’m never getting divorced again. Even if we hate each other, I'm not gonna f*cking get divorced. We’ll just have different homes or something. But we’re not gonna hate each other."

Unlike his divorce from Sheridan, Phypers has allegedly requested spousal support from Denise Richards.
