Benzino, a.k.a. Raymond Scott, and Althea Heart split shortly after they got engaged and had a son in late 2015. Bobby V has also responded to the allegations. The singer, who's currently in the UK on tour shared a video of himself on his Instagram stories on December 28 saying,"It's cool. N***a wanna keep saying my name, I'm suing everybody who lying on me. I'm tired of playing games."In a follow-up post, Bobby said,"I have seen the blogs and the alleged text messages from Althea Hart on social media. It appears that her life is falling apart and she had decided to make false statements about me. At this point in my career, false statements of this type will only be met with lawsuits.
