Charlie Sheen is not pulling his punches for anybody in his new memoir The Book of Sheen. Among the most interesting figures to be included in his book is former President elect Bill Clinton, who Sheen claimed acted inappropriately towards his girlfriend Dolly Fox during their interaction. Sheen and Dolly Fox dated each other in the 1980s.

As per Sheen’s assertions, the alleged incident took place while the actor was filming Three for the Road in 1987, alongside co-stars Alan Ruck and Kerri Green. At the time, Clinton was the acting Governor of Arkansas and a photo-op was arranged between the cast and the fledgling politician at his mansion; Sheen decided to bring his girlfriend at the time, Dolly Fox along for the affair.

Charlie Sheen’s account of what happened next are directly drawn from his memoir:

“It was pretty surreal as Governor Clinton gave me a pair of red-and-white Razorback shoes, intentionally tacky and modeled after the mascot of Arkansas’ sports teams. I was answering a reporter’s question when Ruck (referring to his co-star) overheard Clinton whisper to one of his aides, ‘Find out what you can about the brunette’. The brunette was Dolly.”

The former Major Leagues star went on to add:

“Clearly the behavior that transformed an intern a few years later into a household name had been in play long before her blue dress became famous. It was quite the moment in time to be ringside for that slice of creepy history.”

The Book of Sheen was officially released on September 9, and is currently available for purchase.

More details on Charlie Sheen meeting with Clinton

In his memoir, Charlie Sheen then detailed that he was in a rehabilitation center in 1999, the same year Bill Clinton was impeached. At the time, he tried sharing the same account with his peers but to no avail.

“I was still pretty faded on detox meds and no one believed me. I literally said out loud to the group huddled around the TV, ‘It’s kool, I’ll put it in a book one day and you can all go f–k yourselves.’ (And here we are).”

Charlie Sheen went on to write:

“I felt bad for Dolly to be objectified and skeeved-out like that, but still had to take some pride in ‘Bubba’ fancying my gal. Alan gave Dolly the rundown in the bar later on that same night. To her credit, she laughed and was actually flattered.”

Interestingly, Bill Clinton isn’t the only culturally relevant or famous individual mentioned in Sheen’s writings; Rob Lowe, Demi Moore, and Judd Nelson are also featured among others.
