Holly Valance and Nick Candy got married on September 29, 2012. Ex Neighbors actress, Holly Valance, has reportedly split from Candy after 13 years of marriage. A friend, while speaking to The Sun in an article published on June 27, revealed that the two have been separated for a while.
"This has been a very difficult period for both Nick and Holly, and they are keeping things private out of respect for their family. The joint parenting of their two amazing daughters remains their top priority. They've had to juggle a demanding lifestyle. Between family, public life, and Nick's intense work commitments, it's been a tough balance."
They went on to add,
"This is a family matter and they're doing their best to handle things thoughtfully. Privacy is obviously very important to them both, so they can focus on what's best for the family."
The two first met in 2009, began dating, and Nick proposed to Holly Valance in 2011. The two tied the knot in a $3 million California ceremony. The couple shares two daughters, Luka Violet Toni, and Nova Skye Coco. Nick is the treasurer of Nigel Farage's conservative Reform Party. While Holly Valance gained recognition for her role as Felicity "Flick" Scully on Neighbors.
What is the reason behind Holly Valance and Nick Candy's split?
While the two have not revealed a reason behind their split, a friend of the couple, while speaking to MailOnline in an article published on June 28, revealed that the two have been living separate lives for a long time, due to Nick Candy's work life.
"They have been living separate lives for a long time, he's travelling a lot. Nich has businesses in Dubai and London, The Reform Party. They've had to juggle a demanding lifestyle. Between family, public life, and Nick's intense work commitments, it's been a tough balance."
Nick Candy was born to a Greek Cypriot mother and an English father in London, who launched his real-estate company, Candy & Candy, with his brother in 1999. Aside from running his real estate business, Candy has been a longstanding member of the UK Conservative Party. He had also poured in more than £270,000 into the party since 2020. Prior to that, Candy had donated £70,000 through his company, as per The Times.
He has also contributed to social work by launching the Candy Foundation in 2018, which provides money to help improve the lives of children with disabilities.
