According to People, a source told the outlet exclusively that the internet personality, 25, and Euphoria actor, 28, have officially parted ways after having dated on-again-off-again for 4 years.

The news follows months of speculation about the status of their romance, as pointed out by the outlet. Just this April, fans thought they were going strong after Giannulli's like was spotted under Jacob Elordi's sister Isabella Elordi's post referring to his newest work, The Narrow Road to the Deep North.

People Magazine reported back in October that the pair were first noticed as partners in December 2021, when they were seen hanging out in the Silver Lake neighborhood of Los Angeles. The news came a month after it was reported that the Kissing Booth actor broke up with model Kaia Gerber.

By December, conflicting reports about the status of their relationship were emerging, and while a few insiders claimed they were "casually dating," others said there was nothing going on. However, the pair was spotted together on several outings.

It was only until May 2022 did news broke out that Jacob Elordi was dating, when a source told Us Weekly that they were "not rushing into anything serious" because "they both got out of a relationship." However, the insider said there were "sparks between them."

By August 2022, Us Weekly confirmed that the two had broken up, when an insider said that Jacob Elordi was "completely focused" on working on his career. At the time, the insider said that the YouTuber was "living it up" with her friends. However, by the following month, they were seen hanging out again.

In June 2023, the pair took a vacation to Italy and were seen spending time at Paraggi, a beach located near Portofino. The following month, they were seen at Lake Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, with Giannulli's parents, Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli.

"Jacob had to leave early to fly back to Australia, but they looked like they had a great time together," a source told People Magazine at the time. “They are a really cute couple. They are 100 percent going strong.”

Early last year, rumors about a split between the two continued to intensify, though People magazine confirmed that they were still together. They were seen hanging out several times, including in September 2024, when they went on a vacation with Gianulli's parents. Teen Vogue has reported that it was in honor of Giannulli's 25th birthday.
