Jessica Alba and Cash Warren split after more the one and a half decades, earlier this year, when they called it quits on their long-term marriage. After 16 years of being together, the actress and producer announced their split in January 2025.
The actress revealed on Instagram about her separation:
“I’ve been on a journey of self realization and transformation for years – both as an individual and in partnership with Cash. I’m proud of how we’ve grown in our marriage over the last 20 years and it’s now time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals.”
She added:
“We are moving forward with love, kindness and respect for each other and will forever be a family. Our children remain our highest priority and we request privacy at this time.”
According to sources, the ex-partners are still friendly with each other and have managed co-parenting while handling and moving on with their separation. The source told US Weekly:
“Jessica and Cash had conversations about dating other people while going through their separation, and agreed they were both fine with it.”
The insider added that ex-husband and wife “have both moved on" and are “clear boundaries when it comes to their kids meeting new significant others.” The insider went on to say:
“[They] both agreed to keep things separately for now. Neither of them wants anything serious, so it’s working right now.”
Jessica Alba's new romance with Danny Ramirez
Jessica Alba made headlines in July when she was spotted dating 32-year-old Danny Ramirez from Top Gun: Maverick. Later that month, the couple was spotted kissing in Los Angeles before being spotted returning from a trip to Cancún, Mexico.
Alba has found happiness in this new phase of her life, a source close to Alba, told US Weekly:
“Jessica feels renewed in this new chapter. She is very happy working on new projects and casually dating Danny [Ramirez]. Her and Danny are having a lot of fun, and it’s light.”
A source told People Magazine that everything between Jessica Alba and Cash Warren is "very new" and that they're "having a good time together."
Cash Warren steps out with Hana Sun Doer
Soon after Jessica Alba was spotted with Ramirez, Cash Warren was spotted having dinner with actress Hana Sun Doerr, according to Page Six. They were recently seen in Beverly Hills holding hands.
Upon being asked by TMZ about Jessica Alba's new relationship with Ramirez, Warren said:
"I’m happy for her. I don’t know him, but he seems like a good guy."
