Lady Gaga was first romantically linked with now fiancé Michael Polansky in 2020, although reports suggest they first met on New Year’s Eve in 2019. The A Star Is Born actress has been vocal about her partner since she first revealed their engagement at the 2024 Summer Olympic Games in Paris. In a 2024 interview with Vogue, she described Michael as follows:

“I had never met anyone like Michael. He’s so smart and so kind. And his life and my life are very different. He’s a very private guy and he’s not with me for any other reason than that we are right for each other.”

Recently, on Friday, September 26, the multi-talented star took to Instagram to post a tribute for Polansky’s 42nd birthday. The carousel of images included tender moments between the pair and was accompanied by a truly heartfelt caption:

“Happy Birthday to my honey. I hope 42 is your best year yet, you have done so much in your 42 years I am so proud of you every day---and so grateful for this day you came into the world, it was the most special day.”

After sharing some more kind words, Lady Gaga signed off the caption in jest:

“Even this goat knows what a happy day your birthday is to me😊. I love you 💋.”
