"There's a sensation. It's probably not even real, but I'll feel like, ‘Oh, this eyelash feels like it's gonna come out,’ even though it's not. And then when you pull it, there was a quick second of pain. And then there's a satisfaction and then immediate regret."
Munn, who is currently married to actor and comedian John Mulaney, with whom she shares a son, Malcolm, and a daughter, Méi, was previously in a relationship with the Star Trek actor Chris Pine. On the podcast, Munn revealed that she first came to realize the condition when she was in a romantic relationship with Pine.
According to People, Olivia Munn dated Chris Pine in late 2009 and early 2010. While they kept their romance private, the relationship lasted only for a few months. As they were seen together and even photographed quite a few times, Munn and Pine did not confirm their relationship.

"And they were like, ‘I think she set this up. Who's carrying a clutch during the day?’ That began my trichotillomania."
