Sommer Ray has dated many well known names, like Machine Gun Kelly. According to People Magazine, the couple dated for three months in 2020, until their break up in March of that year. According to Daily Mail, the former couple first met back in 2017 on the MTV show "Wet 'N Out," where they were guest performers. They were only linked together three years later in 2020, when Machine Gun Kelly posted a series of now deleted pictures on Instagram that showed the former couple vacationing in the Bahamas with their friends.

The couple had shared other pictures together as well, but in March, it was reported that the they had split. A year later, during her appearance on Logan Paul's Impaulsive Podcast, Sommer Ray alleged that the "Bad Things" singer had cheated on her during the course of their relationship. She said:

"I dated Colson; never had s*x with him. I make you wait at least three months because I have to make sure that you're someone good to me. I don't really feel bad saying that because he did kind of cheat on me with Megan Fox if you look at the timeline. I waited in the hotel the whole time while he's filming with her, and I'm not really thinking anything of it. I thought she was older and had kids and was married and stuff.

She further added, the alleged reason why MGK, did not invite her to the set of his 2020 music video for his song "Bloody Valentine," that featured an appearance by Megan Fox. She said:

"I asked him why he didn't invite me to the music video and he said COVID restrictions. And then that music video came out and I was like. Oh. I'd probably do the same thing. Like I'd cheat on Colson with Megan Fox, like if it was the other way around I probably would be doing this."

Soon after this, Machine Gun Kelly posted a tweet on X (formerly Twitter), allegedly referencing Sommer Ray. He wrote:

"She came and picked all her stuff up on my birthday. Nice."

He later tweeted an apology for posting personal matters publicly. He wrote:

"I shouldn't have tweeted personal business. Especially when the person is a great human and this tweet seems one-sided."

Apart from Machine Gun Kelly, Sommer Ray has also dated Love Island contestant, Bennet Sipes. According to The Sun, the pair dated back in 2018 but separated on bad terms, the news of which was revealed by Sipes, during a conversation with fellow contestant Kierstan Saulter.

According to People Magazine, Sommer Ray also allegedly dated actor Mark Ehrich, although neither of them ever confirmed their relationship. Sommer Ray was also linked to social media star, Taylor Holder.
