According to Hot New Hip Hop, she was then linked to rapper to LBRD Pharaoh, whose real name is Larry Lambert. The two began dating in 2021 and were together for a few months until their breakupin 2022. The couple welcomed twin children in December of 2022.

After this, Summer Walker was reported to be in a relationship with Lil Meech in March 2023. The couple dated for a few months before breaking up later that year, after she allegedly accused him of cheating during their relationship. Walker was also linked to Coop Cashington, though the two never confirmed their relationship.

In December 2023, Summer Walker began dating Chicago-based rapper Rico Recklezz, whose real name is Ronnie Ramsey. Their relationship lasted a few months but it was highly publicized. According to Hot New Hip Hop, Rico Recklezz had previously pursued Walker for eight years before she finally agreed to go out with him. In his interview with VladTV, Rico Recklezz said:

She later posted another story, where she wrote that she was "over men."
