This year's Oscar ceremony is just around the corner, and the phase one period has already finished its final.

The official Academy account on X shared an updated list of all the films that made it to the next round of voting in the International Feature Film category, alongside the announcement that all final nominations will be announced on Thursday, January 22nd.

The Oscar Award ceremony is scheduled for March 15, and will be hosted by comedian Conan O’Brien. "Expect the unexpected," the Oscar X account just days ago. Scroll down to learn everything we know so far.


A look at all the films and music scores that have been shortlisted for this year's Oscar ceremony:

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has already announced the shortlists in the 12 categories for the 98th Academy Awards®: Animated Short Film, Casting, Cinematography, Documentary Feature Film, Documentary Short Film, International Feature Film, Live Action Short Film, Makeup and Hairstyling, Music (Original Score), Music (Original Song), Sound and Visual Effects.

The fifteen films that have survived the voting processes thus far in the International Feature Film category include:

Nominations for the 2026 Oscar Award ceremony kick off on Monday, January 12, 2026, and conclude on Friday, January 16, 2026.
