If you missed Austin Butler's Caught Stealing in theaters, worry not because the film finally has a streaming date now. Released in August, the comedy thriller led by Butler gained prominence for it's surprising ending, and although it failed to do wonders at the box office, it still opened to good reviews.
Caught Stealing has a Rotten Tomatoes score of 84%, one of the highest this year, along with a B+ on CinemaScore. As of now, the film is all set to reach Netflix on November 29, available for streaming for fans who missed it's theatrical run. This also gives the film the chance to open to a wider audience, and in doing so, earning more in terms of fans and finance.

Caught Stealing stars Austin Butler as Henry Hank Thompson, a former baseball talent who later becomes a bartender and soon gets involved in New York City's underworld. Joining him in the cast are Regina King, Zoe Kravitz, Matt Smith, Liev Schreiber, Vincent D'Onodrio, Benito Martinez Ocasio, Griffin Dunne and Carol Kane. The film is based on Charles Huston's eponymous novel, adapted in a script for the screen.

Hank Thompson (Austin Butler) was a high-school baseball phenom who can't play anymore, but everything else is going okay. He's got a great girl (Zoë Kravitz), tends bar at a New York dive, and his favorite team is making an underdog run at the pennant. When his punk-rock neighbor Russ (Matt Smith) asks him to take care of his cat for a few days, Hank suddenly finds himself caught in the middle of a motley crew of threatening gangsters. They all want a piece of him; the problem is he has no idea why. As Hank attempts to evade their ever-tightening grip, he's got to use all his hustle to stay alive long enough to find out....

At the box office, the film earned 19 million dollars domestically and 12 million internationally by October 2, 2025, bringing its worldwide total to 32 million. It made 1.2 million during Thursday previews and reached 9.6 million across the Labor Day weekend.
Caught Stealing will be available to stream on Netflix from 29 November.
