Who is Amanda Dubin? All about Will Reeve’s personal life as he honors late dad Christopher Reeve at Superman premiere

On July 7, Will Reeve and his fiancée, Amanda Dubin, attended the Los Angeles premiere of Superman (2025) at the TCL Chinese Theatre. Will Reeve, the son of Christopher Reeve (known for his portrayal of Superman in the 1978 film and its sequels), paid homage to his father on the red carpet. The film is scheduled for release in the US on July 11.

Will Reeve, who is reportedly a journalist, is engaged to Amanda Dubin, an event planner and producer at Victoria Dubin Events. According to her LinkedIn profile, Amanda Dubin graduated from Cornell University with a bachelor's degree in 2018. Will Reeve, according to ABC News, wore his father's cuff links as a tribute to him as he walked the red carpet on Monday.

"I do have a connection to this character, this franchise and movie through my dad. He defined the role for so many people for so many years. So, to be walking literally in his footsteps was something special to me. I had an homage to him that I didn't tell anyone about: I was wearing his cuff links."

Talking about his cameo in the Superman (2025) movie, Will Reeve shared that,

"It was just really fun, everyone was incredibly welcoming and excited about this new movie. I was just glad to be literally a tiny part of it."

Will Reeve, 33, is a New York-based correspondent for ABC News. He is also the son of the well-known American actor Christopher Reeve, who passed away in 2004. His mother, Dana Reeve, was also reportedly an actress and a singer.

According to People Magazine, Will Reeve, who lost his father when he was just 12 years old, moved in with a family friend after his mother's demise in 2006. He attended Middlebury College and went on to become a broadcast journalist.

According to the publication, Will is engaged to event planner Amanda Dubin. The duo, who went public with their relationship in 2023, announced their engagement via Instagram on November 10, 2024. Amanda Dubin, 28, works for her mother's event management company, Victoria Dubin Events. She also previously worked with The Estée Lauder Companies Inc.

The publication further reports that in February, during his appearance on Live With Kelly and Mark, Will Reeve shared that their wedding planning is going well, as Amanda Dubin and her mother are both event planners who have worked on many weddings.
