Bachelor star Andrew Firestone, who is married to model and actress Ivana Bozilovic Firestone, is reportedly splitting from his wife after seventeen years of marriage.

The news of their split was announced by Firestone on his Instagram on Saturday, where he stated that he and Ivana are "no longer a couple." The post stated,

"Those who know us well know that family has always been at the foundation of our lives and at the center of everything we do. After much reflection and many hours of counseling we have decided that we can best serve our children and honor that commitment to family by moving forward separately as co-parents. While this was not an easy decision, we remain united in raising our children with love, stability, and the values we share."

Furthermore,

"Though no longer a couple, we will always be a family, cheering from the actual and proverbial sidelines for our children’s — and each other’s — happiness and success. Seventeen years of marriage is an achievement we deeply honor, as it brought us three extraordinary children and forged lifelong, generational bonds and friendships that will always endure."

Andrew Firestone, who appeared on the third season of The Bachelor in 2003, was initially engaged to Jen Schefft, whom he met on the show. The couple later split up in the same year. Firestone later began dating actress Ivana Bozilovic, to whom he got engaged in 2007.

Not much his known about their early relationship, but the couple reportedly met sometime in 2006 and got engaged a year later. After the news of his engagement to Ivana Bozilovic was announced, Andrew Firestone released a statement to US Weekly, saying that both of them were looking forward to starting a family. He said:

"She makes me a better person. We both want kids so badly."

Ivana Bozilovic, who was born on September 28, 1977, in Serbia, former Yugoslavia, appeared in several films in the early 2000s. According to her IMDB profile, Bozilovic starred in Wedding Crashers, 100 Girls, National Lampoon's Van Wilder, Charlie's Angels, and Just Shoot Me, among others.

She now primarily focuses on her modelling career and often shares pictures of her work.

The couple married in 2008, in a private ceremony surrounded by their closest friends and family. They welcomed their first child, Adam Firestone, in March 2009. The couple had announced the birth of their first child in a statement to US Weekly, saying:

The couple went on to have two more children, Anja in 2011 and their youngest, Shane, in January 2014. As of now, Ivana Bozilovic Firestone has not yet released a statement regarding her split from Andrew Firestone.
