Aryna Sabalenka, 27, gushed over her boyfriend, Georgios Frangulis, in a recent exclusive interview with Us Weekly.
She expressed her love and affection for her partner and acknowledged his support in standing beside her through everything.

During her chit chat with Us Weekly, published on June 30, 2025, the tennis star reflected on her relationship, sharing,
"Being on the road and having him support me, to make me laugh and to be able to work out together, makes life on the road feel more like home."

A look at his childhood and education
According to News In Bollywood, Frangulis was born on September 8, 1988, in São Paulo, Brazil. With family roots in Thessaloniki, Greece, he grew up in São Paulo.
He attended Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP) to study law. However, he did not appear in the Brazilian Bar Association exam. He graduated in 2014 and shifted to Miami, Florida. Later, he also relocated to Venice Beach, California.
Though Georgios studied law, he never intended to pursue it professionally. Town & Country Magazine reported that he, in a conversation with Forbes Brazil, revealed,
"I always knew I wouldn’t be a lawyer. I thought law was something that would help me in any field. What I really wanted was to be an entrepreneur."
He is a successful entrepreneur
According to a People report, Georgios Frangulis co-launched Oakberry in December 2016 in Brazil with Renato Haidar.
In just a few years, he has established more than 700 outlets in over 40 countries worldwide. Oakberry has stores in bustling cities in the U.S., such as Miami, New York, and Los Angeles, according to PR Newswire.
The brand is preferred by customers for its variety of delicious açaí bowls and smoothies.
In 2023, Oakberry raised $67 million in capital. The funding proved to be a prominent milestone in the brand's global expansion.
As the outlet reported, Frangulis spoke about his brand with Forbes Brazil, explaining,
"Açaí, as a fruit, only exists because of the subsistence culture of riverside communities in the Amazon Rainforest."
Last year, in March, Aryna Sabalenka praised Oakberry's offerings in a conversation with Town & Country Magazine, saying,
"Most of the time I go for Oakberry bowl; I think it's healthy and a good thing to start your day."
The athlete also noted that the superfood chain has
"everything you [want]: protein, carbs, vitamins, fruit. It's like an energy bowl, so I feel ready to go after I have it. It's the perfect snack, or meal."
Oakberry has been one of Aryna's sponsors since January 2024.
As per PR Newswire, Georgios released a statement about Sabalenka's collaboration with his brand in January 2024.
He stated:

He is an athlete too
Georgios Frangulis shares a keen interest in racing and motorsports. Driver Database reported that he has competed in 128 Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge races, per People.
During a conversation with Forbes Brazil, as Town & Country Magazine noted, he discussed balancing both his business and motorsports competition, conveying,
"It’s no easy feat to be a driver in the midst of the whirlwind of growth that is Oak. But the Porsche Cup races and training sessions are almost always on weekends. So, if I maintain a routine of physical training in my daily life, in addition to psychological support to cope with the pressure [therapy twice a week], I’m always prepared for the moment of driving. Getting in the car and racing is one of the few moments when nothing else matters."
He spoke about his faith
While opening up about his private and professional life with Forbes Brazil, Georgios admitted being spiritual.
He said:
"I go to church a lot, talking to God does me good. I was influenced by both branches of the family. The spiritual side has always been important to me – as well as intuition."

In a 2024 conversation with People, Aryna called Georgios her "biggest" supporter, commenting,

He was diagnosed with cancer
Frangulis received a thyroid cancer diagnosis in 2016. Looking back at his diagnosis while speaking with Forbes Brazil, he elaborated,
"I never told anyone, but in August 2016, I found out I had thyroid cancer, a four-centimeter nodule that the doctor said needed to be removed to determine the treatment."
Before Aryna Sabalenka, Georgios Frangulis was married to Isabella. However, their divorce date is not known. During the discussion, he reflected on his ex-wife, adding,
"I got married on October 1st; I used the last money I had to pay for the wedding bar; I had surgery on October 16th and managed to open the first Oak store in São Paulo on December 6th, because I was hit by a kind of divine ray when I needed it most – and least expected it."
