Who is Ashley Tisdale’s husband Christopher French? What we know as actress reveals couple’s daughter’s obsession with High School Musical

As per a recent article by People Magazine, acclaimed actress Ashley Tisdale revealed in a TikTok on May 13 that he four-year-old daughter has become obsessed with the Disney franchise- High School Musical.

Tisdale shares Jupiter with her husband, Christopher French, a music producer, who has worked with Tisdale on a couple of projects. The couple also has a second child named Emerson Clover French.

Tisdale played the character of Sharpay Evans, a diva who was unstoppable in High School Musical. Tisdale recalled in the TikTok video that her niece played the same character in a theatrical adaptation of the musical. She said that Jupiter saw her niece performing the character and that is when her daughter started taking interest in the film.

"When she's seen the movie in the past, like, she never really cared about it, but I think seeing my niece in the play, play me, has just changed her, so she had to watch all three movies." Tisdale said in the TikTok video.

Tisdale further elaborates that her daughter likes listening to music and what her favorite song is.

"She will not stop listening to the music. It's playing in the house right now. When I'm on walks with her, she asks for me to play it, when I'm in the car, she asks for me to play it. Specifically High School Musical 2."

"Her favorite song is 'HUMUHUMUNUKUNUKUAPUA'A.' She then joked, "I hate that song," before whispering "I'm happy to listen to it over and over and over."

She further states that Jupiter shouts cutely, 'I am Sharpay baby!' while the two are at home or outside. She often hums the songs from the movie.

"It's really sweet, but after like, a good week straight of listening to the music again, it's like, 'OK We're good. We don't need to watch this again.' says Tisdale.

Ashley Tisdale is married to Christopher French, a music composer who has composed music for some noteworthy shows, such as Young and Hungry (which Tisdale executive produced) and The Dead Girls Detective Agency.

The two were first linked with each other in 2012. Eight months after dating, Tisdale and French got engaged on top of the Empire State Building. They tied the knot in a simple wedding ceremony at Santa Barbara on September 8, 2014.

In a 2013 interview with Ryan Seacrest, Tisdale mentioned that though the two were engaged in less than a year of knowing each other, she knew it was love at first sight.

"I've obviously been in long relationships in the past. But I think because of knowing what I wanted, I wouldn't have gone into a relationship if it wasn't what I wanted. I think from the moment that him and I met, I just knew it. I was like, 'Okay, this is the guy,' and he knew the same thing. It doesn't get any better. I just can't explain it."

French and Tisdale often post happy pictures and videos of their family on their social media accounts. The couple shares two beautiful daughters named Jupiter Iris French and Emerson Clover French. Both French and Tisdale bonded over the love for music and now have been happily married for 10 years.

Before dating Tisdale, French was linked to the Big Bang Theory fame, Kaley Cuoco. As per US Weekly, the two dated for a year before breaking up in 2012.
