Brian Kilmeade, a TV presenter and one of the hosts of the morning show, "Fox & Friends," recently commented on the homelessness crisis in the country, infuriating many.

According to Just Jared, Kilmeade, who hosts the show along with Ainsley Earhardt, Lawrence Jones, and Steve Doocy, commented on a recent episode of the show on September 10, when fellow host Lawrence Jones started talking about the issue of homelessness all across the country. He said

"They have given billions of dollars to mental health and the homeless population. A lot of them don't want to take the programs, a lot of them don't want to get the help that is necessary. You can't give them a choice. Either you take the resources that we're going to give you and — or you decide that you are going to be locked up in jail. That's the way it has to be now."

To this, Brian Kilmeade responded by saying:

"Or involuntary lethal injection. Or something. Just kill them."

Brian Kilmeade was born in Massapequa, New York, on May 7, 1969. The son of Marie Rise D'Andrea and James Kilmeade attended Massapequa High School, where he was a correspondent on Channel One, a nationwide high school news program.

He later attended Long Island University, from which he graduated in 1986 with a degree in Communications, specializing in Political Science. According to the university's official website, the future TV show host was also a soccer player for the college team.

After graduating from college, he began working at KHSL-TV as an anchor. He also served as a sports anchor for WLIG-TV in New York. At one point, he also worked as a radio host on The Jim Brown Show.

Following this, he joined Fox News Channel as a sports reporter in 1997, and just a year later, he was selected as the host of the popular morning show, "Fox & Friends." Apart from this, Kilmeade is currently also the host of "One Nation Brian Kilmeade."

According to the official FOX website, he also hosts the "Brian Kilmeade Show" along with two other programs on the Fox Network.

Kilmeade, who has a net worth in the range of $12-14 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth, is married to Dawn DeGaetano, whom he met while both of them were in high school. DeGaetano, who is a graduate of Hofstra University, is the owner of a clothing store called the Wild Willows Boutique. The couple tied the knot in 1993 and has welcomed three children during the course of their thirty-two years of marriage.
