According to The Guardian, Emma Heming Willis, who appeared on an ABC special hosted by Diane Sawyer that aired on Good Morning America on Tuesday, spoke about the prognosis of Bruce Willis' condition. She said:

"Bruce is still very mobile. Bruce is in really great health overall, you know. It’s just his brain that is failing him. The language is going. We’ve learned to adapt and we have a way of communicating with him, which is just a different way.”

Interestingly, back in 2001, following his divorce from Demi Moore, Bruce Willis had asked Diane Sawyer to match him with someone during his appearance on her show.

After his split from the Oscar nominated actress, Willis was briefly in a relationship with businesswoman and actress, Maria Bravo. In a 2022 interview with ABC People, Bravo recalled her relationship with Willis, saying:

"Many. Countless anecdotes and moments we experienced that will remain unforgettable. Bruce is a very compassionate and caring person, always making sure everyone around him is happy, and with that special sense of humor. Something I learned from Bruce is his love of nature. No matter what time of year it was, raining, shining, or snowing, he always enjoyed being in nature."

After his relationship with Maria Bravo ended, he appeared on Good Morning America in 2001, during which he asked Diane Sawyer to be his matchmaker, considering how many people she met. In the clip, Willis can be heard saying to the host:
