Jordan Chiles, American Gymnast and Olympian, was spotted fangirling over SZA. The 24-year-old Olympian shared a video of her meeting and interacting with the Kill Bill singer backstage during the 2025 AMAs on her Instagram story.

Jordan Chiles is an American Gymnast and Olympian. She was a part of the US team that won gold in the team all-around competition at the 2024 Summer Olympics held in Paris. According to KGW, Jordan Chiles was named after the former American basketball player Michael Jordan.

The Olympian reposted a video of her meeting SZA backstage during the 2025 AMAs on her Instagram story with a caption that says, "Crying!!!! Ahhhhhh@sza." In the video, Chiles is seen wearing a burgundy top with a two-tone (burgundy and black) high-waist skirt. The original video was posted by MTV on their official Instagram handle.

According to Athlon Sports, Jordan Chiles, along with Wayne Brady, presented the Favorite Female Latin Artist award to Becky G at the AMAs, held on May 26 at Fontainebleau Las Vegas.

Jordan Chiles, aka Jordan Lucella Elizabeth Chiles, born on April 15, 2001, is an American gymnast who has been a part of the United States women's national gymnastics team since 2013. She was a part of the US team that won the gold medal in the 2024 Summer Olympics, as well as the team that won silver in the 2020 Summer Olympics, KGW reports.

She was also a member of the USA team that won gold in the team competition at the 2022 World Championship. However, her achievements are not limited to team wins; in the 2022 World Championship, Chiles also won silver medals for vault and floor exercise.

Jordan Chiles was born in Oregon to Timothy and Gina Chiles and has four siblings. In 2024, according to Town & Country Magazine, Chiles reportedly shared that her parents are on this journey with her and that they are still making sacrifices. She fondly shared that her mom is her biggest supporter and that her dad is who she needs in her toughest moments.

According to the publication, Timothy is the founder of the According to His Word church, and Gina Chiles is a senior pastor at the church. Gina Chiles is also a children's book author. In 2021, she pled guilty to wire fraud and was sentenced to one year and one day in prison. According to a 2022 People Magazine exclusive, Jordan Chiles was named after Michael Jordan by her mother, who was inspired by his achievements.

Though Jordan Chiles was born in Oregon, according to KGW, she grew up in Vancouver before moving to Texas in 2019 to train alongside Simone Biles at the World Champions Center. The 4'11" gymnast was stripped of her bronze medal in women's floor exercise in the 2024 Paris Olympics after a score reversal.
