According to TMZ, Kaitlyn Terrell denies the infidelity allegations and further alleges that they were "made in bad faith." The publication also notes that Terrell, previously, seemingly hinted that Cleveland's claims in the divorce filing were untrue by posting the lyrics of Kelsea Ballerini's Interlude on her Instagram story.

According to the publication, the lyrics posted by Kaitlyn are as follows:

'Cause people that I loved are just people that I knew once/ The rumors goin' 'round, but the truth is kinda nuanced/ I wanna set it straight, but my lawyer says I shouldn't.

It is further reported that in her response, Terrell said that she hoped to resolve all "matters and controversies" surrounding her and Cleveland's split. But, in case the two are unable to reach an agreement, she also requests the judge to divide their assets and to award her alimony.
