Leena Sayed, who is an entrepreneur and social media creator, is being sued by professional boxer Devin Haney over abuse allegations levied against him. According to a TMZ exclusive, Haney, who shares a daughter with Leena Sayed, filed the lawsuit on Wednesday, allgeging extortion, adding that she was allegedly giving out false statements about his behavior in order to ensure his "reputational ruin."

Haney's lawyer, Bobby Samini, released a statement saying that the boxer would pursue the lawsuit and defend himself against the allegations, which he termed as "false narratives." He said:

"Devin Haney has lived his life and built his career with integrity, discipline and respect. He has worked tirelessly to achieve success through dedication, not shortcuts, and he remains committed to conducting himself with honesty and principle inside and outside the ring.”

He added:

"Devin will not be extorted, intimidated, or coerced by anyone. He will defend his name, and his values against any false narratives or malicious attempts to undermine his character. Devin Haney stands firm in the truth."

Leena Sayed was born on July 6 1992, in New York to an Afghan American family. According to Famous Birthdays, not much is known about her life before fame, but she later started modeling professionally, and posed for the online clothing brand CaviarBalque. Sayed and her sister, Ruby Sayed, were also part of the mysterious social media group named Taz's Angles, styled after Charlie's Angles.

Leena Sayed, who has 730k followers on Instagram, met Devin Haney sometime before 2023. The exact details about their start of the relationship are not known, but in 2023, the couple tied the knot in a private ceremony surrounded by their closest friends and family, according to Sports Illustrated. They welcomed a daughter, Khrome, in January of this year.

According to TMZ Sports, Devin Haney's lawsuit comes two months after Leena Sayed filed a domestic violence restraining order against him, alleging abuse. In her filing, she detailed that in December 2024 he had allegedly pushed her whiile she was pregnant after she refused to give him her phone. In her statement, obtained by Hollywood Unlocked, she said:

“[He] pushed me while I was nine months pregnant causing me to fall on my tailbone because I would not give him my cell phone. After I fell, he grabbed my phone and threw it on the floor and shattered it.”

According to reports, Sayed was granted a temporary restraining order against Devin Haney, whose visitation rights with his daughter were stopped, until the next hearing date, which was initially in July.

Leena Sayed's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplin has also released a statement in response to the allgegations of extortion levied by Devin Haney. He said:

"[Leena Sayed is] only seeking to get what the law requires Mr. Haney to pay for child support. While he made claims he's defamed by the truthful allegations she's provided in her statements within the litigation, he should be aware that in the law of defamation truth is a defense. I think Mr. Haney would be best served to make his case to the family court."

The former couple is to appear in court next month for the hearing in the case related to the restraining order.
