Who is Lexi Ioannou? All about Dina Manzo’s daughter as she opens up about stepdad Tommy Manzo

Lexi Ioannou, daughter of The Real Housewives of New Jersey alum Dina Manzo, is no longer the preteen girl whom we saw during the first season of the reality show. She is all grown up now and has become an entrepreneur. Dina Manzo is widely known for starring as one of the main cast members on RHONJ, and was a part of the reality show from 2009 to 2010, and then again appeared in 2014.

Not to mention, Dina even had her own reality show, Dina's Party, which was released in 2011. The 53-year-old reality TV star and businesswoman, in the show, along with her team of experts, planned and organized high-end parties and events for their clients. However, let's now focus on her grown-up daughter, Lexi Ioannou, who recently opened up about her stepfather, Tommy Manzo, and revealed that he is still affectionate towards her.

Lexi Iaonnou, whom we witnessed as a young little girl on RHONJ, has now turned into an entrepreneur. Even though she has stayed away from the spotlight, Lexi has been and is quite active on social media, particularly Instagram. With 123,000 followers on Instagram, the content she posts mostly revolves around herself, her mother, and her jewelry line, Nou.

According to Distractify, 26-year-old Lexi Iaonnou launched her jewelry line, Nou. The name Nou was inspired by her Greek heritage as it pays tribute to her middle and last name, Alexia Pezounou Ioannou. According to the brand's official website, Lexi Ioannou designs and creates all the jewelry pieces and sells them from her LA apartment. The website also claims that the jewelry is crafted from 14k gold and sterling silver.

Over the years, Lexi's relationship with her former stepfather, Tommy Manzo, has changed immensely; however, according to her, things haven't quite changed for Tommy. Lexi, on the May 26, 2025 episode of the Casual Chaos podcast, hosted by Gia Giudice, opened up about her relationship with stepfather Tommy.

While talking about her mother, Dina's divorce from Tommy, she revealed that he was still affectionate towards her. Lexi Ioannou said:

"He had this, this, like, weird obsession with me. For years, people would tell me that he kept my room exactly the same because he thought I was going to come back. I can’t even begin to understand why he would think I would ever come back there. "

While stating that Tommy never crossed the stepfather-daughter boundary, Lexi Ioannou added:

"He was never inappropriate, but he definitely was very affectionate. And that was something I was very uncomfortable with because neither of my parents are that way. To receive it from a stepfather is kind of, like, extra strange when you don’t receive it from your actual father."

Despite gaining fame after being featured in The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Lexi has carved out a path as an entrepreneur. Similarly, she enjoys a significant following on social media.
