Rudy Mancuso was previously in a relationship with actress Maia Mitchell, who is best known for her role in the Freeform show "The Fosters." The couple dated from 2015 until their break up in 2022.

Camila Mendes announced the news of her engagement to Rudy Mancuso by posting a picture of the musician proposing to her in "the surprise engagement party." According to People Magazine, the couple were first linked in November 2022, following Mancuso's break up with Maia Mitchell. Camila and Rudy Mancuso later confirmed their relationship by going Instagram official in 2023 and explained that they had met while working on their 2024 film, "Música."

Maia Mitchell Was born on August 18, 1993 in Lismore, New South Wales, Australia to parents Alex Mitchell and Jill Mitchell. According to The Daily Telegraph, the then-teen actress was cast in the popular TV show "Mortified" when she was just twelve years old, all while attending the Trinity Catholic College in New South Wales for her Secondary School. She later moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in Hollywood.

Later, Maia Mitchell was cast as the lead in the 2013 Disney project "Teen Beach Movie" which shot her to widespread fame. In a 2013 interview with The Daily Telegraph, Mitchell explained how she at that time was managing her newfound fame. She said:

"I'm a very private person; I'm very low key, so it's a bit weird, but it's cool to have a younger fan base because it comes from a really positive base."

In his interview with Billboard, Mancuso shared his experience of working with Maia Mitchell, and said:

"She would challenge me in ways I truly hadn’t anticipated. The song and videos are direct products of that daring spirit. The project, as a whole, is very special.”

The couple previously would often post pictures of each other on their Instagram. However, in April 2022, it was revealed that they had split up a few months earlier. The news of their break up came at a when time Maia Mitchell announced that she was moving back to Australia to be closer to her parents.

At the moment, neither Camila Mendes nor Rudy Mancuso have announced any details about the date for their upcoming wedding.
