Martin Kove, who was previously married to actress Vivienne Kove, has been accused by fellow Cobra Kai cast member Alicia Hannah Kim of allegedly biting her while they were attending the Washington State Summer Con event on Sunday. Martin Kove was married to actress Vivienne Lavinia Watson, and the couple eventually split in 2005.

Martin Kove plays the character of John Kreese in Cobra Kai, which is the Netflix series adaptation of the popular 1980s movie, The Karate Kid, with Alicia Hannah Kim having previously joined the series for its final two seasons.

According to People Magazine, Martin Kove and Alicia Hannah Kim attended the event on Sunday, where an exclusive meet-and-greet event was organized for the fans. According to reports, Hannah Kim walked by to greet Kove when he suddenly turned around, grabbed her arm, and bit her unprovoked, in a manner that "nearly drew blood". He then allegedly proceeded to kiss her in the place where he had bitten her. The incident was later reported to the police authorities, but no charges were filed. However, a report has been submitted by the actress "in case this continues".

Martin Kove, who was born in March 1946, was adopted by Theodore and Frances Kove. According to The Mirror, Frances worked as a bookkeeper, while Theodore worked at a hardware store, and both of them encouraged him to pursue his passion for acting. In a 2021 interview with Smashing Interview Magazine, Martin Kove talked about the crucial role his parents played in his life.

"They were very loving, very caring. I was the only child, and they just supported me the whole time. They just wanted me to do whatever I could do to be happy, and they were always very giving that way. They never got in the way, and they never said, 'Do something you can fall back on'. You know, that's the line we hear all the time. They never did that. They just supported me all the way through."

According to her IMDB profile, Vivienne Kove has acted in movies like Demented, Terror on Tour, among others. The couple were married for twenty-four years, until their separation and eventual divorce in 2005. Martin and Vivienne Kove are parents to twin children, daughter Rachel Kove, and son Jesse Kove, born on 2 November 1990.

On the other hand, Jesse Kove has acted in movies like On Wings of Eagles, The Shadow, The Black Hole, and even had a small role as the school bully in season three of Cobra Kai, appearing in a flashback scene where he bullies the younger version of his father's character, John Kreese. Talking about his son's role, Martin Kove said in an interview with Smashing Interviews Magazine:

"My son plays in episode two. You think my son is me, and he isn’t. He plays a bully, and he bullies my character. He bullies John Kreese in a diner, and he’s defeated in a fight. You think he’s me, which is very interesting. But you learn a lot about my character. I don’t look at him as a bully. I just look at him as being misunderstood."

According to People Magazine, after the incident at the Summer Con on Sunday, Martin Kove and his son, Jesse Kove, who was also attending the event with him, were escorted out of the event by authorities.
