Steve Burton, who first confirmed his relationship with Michelle Lundstrom last year in May during an interview with Daily Drama, expressed in the exclusive interview with People Magazine how special his wedding day was to him. He said:

"This day isn’t just about a ceremony. It’s the beginning of forever with the love of my life."

The exact details of how and when the 44-year-old Michelle Lundstrom met the "General Hospital" actor is not known, but their engagement was announced in January of this year. Steve Burton posted a video on Instagram to announce the news of their engagement. He wrote:
