Nathan Fielder, who was previously married to Sarah Ziolkowska (a librarian and former teaching assistant), is back with the second season of his docu-comedy TV series, "The Rehearsal."

Fielder, in the latest season of "The Rehearsal," is seen taking on the role of a pilot as he maneuvers a Boeing 737, which is filled with actors playing passengers on a flight, as he attempts to initiate a conversation with his co pilot who has no idea that this is all part of a show.

Nathan Fielder's ex-wife, Sarah Ziolkowska, keeps a low profile away from the spotlight. Sarah Ziolkowska grew up in Toronto, and according to The Sun, she studied Applied Science at the University of Toronto and later pursued a degree in Library and Information Science from Dalhousie University.

According to London Daily Post, she previously interned at the W.K Kellogg Health Sciences Library and later worked as a teaching assistant at Dalhousie University. Ziolkowska previously also worked as a librarian at the Park Century School in California.

According to The Sun, Sarah later worked at the head librarian at Natural Sciences Library, before taking up the role of reference librarian at Fisheries and Oceans Canada, the government body responsible with managing the Canadian fisheries and ocean resources. Currently, she is working as a youth Librarian at Halifax North Memorial Library.

Not much is known as to how Sarah Ziolkowska met Nathan Fielder, but according to reports, the former couple met at a comedy show before Nathan Fielde's rose to fame. Nathan Fielder and Sarah Ziolkowska married in 2011, in a private ceremony attended by closest friends and family. They were together for three years before divorcing in 2014.

In his 2017 interview with Rolling Stone, Fielder made a rare comment about his marriage and eventual divorce from Sarah Ziolkowska, saying:

"Any breakup is hard. It was tough."

In the interview, Nathan Fielder, who at that time was promoting the third and final season of his hit comedy series, "Nathan For You," further shared that at that time he was dating someone but chose not to reveal further details. He said:

"I’m dating someone right now. I’m not going to talk more about it.”

Nathan Fielder, who is known for maintaining his privacy, said in an interview with The New York Magazine that he was in a good place in life when it came to his relationship and was in a live-in relationship with his partner. He said:

"[I am] really happy.”

In another interview with Vulture in 2022, Nathan Fielder opened up about some of his emotions from the time of his divorce and how deeply it affected him, adding how he once broke down while in the middle of an important meeting. He said:

"Wow, I was like I am so bad at life."

He also spoke about his difficulty in expressing his emotions, which led him to seek help from a therapist. He talked about his then-relationship, saying:

"I had a pain in my chest. I still get that, but not as much. It's not always easy to let a person in like that. It's been really nice. I'm like really happy. I have shared everything with her and it's been fine."

According to Vulture, in the previous season of the show, he had a brief conversation with a fellow divorcee, where the two shared a moment of bonding over their struggles.
