After POORSTACY or Carlito Junior Milfort died by suicide, on the morning of November 29, the mother of his child, Nicole Grikstas, was arrested on charges of child neglect. Nicole Grikstas was arrested on November 29, hours after the rapper's death, and cops suspected that the couple used drugs in the presence of their toddler child.The toddler was present with the couple at their motel room when the artist shot himself. As per the affidavit, the couple checked into the motel with their child, one week before the rapper's death, and partook in heavy drug usage, using cocaine, Xanax, and MDMA.At around 11 p.m. on November 28, Grikstas and Milfort returned to their motel room to continue doing cocaine. At 3 a.m, Grikstas had consumed MDMA, and in the evening, she got into an argument with the rapper and accused him of cheating.Milfort at one point alleged that Grikstas was hiding his drugs, and he allegedly began assaulting her. After confronting, Milfort allegedly slapped her and dragged her by the hair. He also threw a bassinet with his child in it, and Nicole caught it before it hit the floor. Milfort also threw a cage with a hamster in it at Nicole.Post the incident, Milfort was arrested on battery and child neglect charges and booked into Broward County Main Jail.
