According to a recent article by US Weekly, a renowned restaurant in Indianapolis named Huse Culinary has been named in a lawsuit. The restaurant allegedly overserved NFL quarterback Mark Sanchez before his arrest last month.Mark Sanchez was arrested around a month ago for allegedly stabbing a truck driver. The lawsuit states that Huse Culinary, which owns St. Elmo's Steak House, overserved Sanchez before the incident allegedly took place.Huse Culinary is owned by Steve Huse. The restaurant has been running since 1902. It is an upscale diner with a selection of cocktails, and the third one is The HC Tavern and Kitchen.About the lawsuitThe lawsuit filed by Perry Tole, the 69-year-old alleged victim of Mark Sanchez's case in Indianapolis, also includes the name of Huse Culinary, a legendary hospitality group.St. Elmo Steak House verified to Fox 59 that Sanchez, 39, was present at an event that took place there on October 3 at 9 p.m., just hours before the alleged attack.According to the updated lawsuit, the restaurant group was required "not to sell, furnish, or serve alcoholic beverages to persons who are visibly intoxicated or otherwise impaired."In a statement that WTHR was able to get on Saturday, November 22, Susan Decker, a representative at Huse Culinary, refuted the accusations.The statement said, "Huse Culinary takes great pride in offering an exceptional customer experience, and our team behaved exactly as we expect." "We refute the accusations made in the complaint. Throughout the inquiry, we have completely cooperated with the police, and we will keep doing so."Sanchez was fired by Fox Sports earlier this month. She has been working since 2021 with Fox Sports.
