The videos went viral in no time, and many users reposted it on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and X.A GoFundMe campaign was also launched earlier to help Chase. The fundraiser raised around $1,200 but was later stopped after Chase's mother contacted the influencer and said,"What Tyler needs is not money, but medical support. He is unable to manage his medication on his own and often losses his phone within days. Money could actually do more harm than good. He is kind and pure-hearted but desperately needs treatment."Other former child stars who appeared on Ned's Declassified, including Devon Werkheiser, Daniel Curtis Lee, and Lindsay Shaw, have acknowledged Chase's condition and offered to help him out.
