Who is Stephen Baldwin’s wife? All we know as Alec Balwin’s brother survives minor accident

Stephen Baldwin, who is married to graphic designer Kennya Deodata Baldwin, was reportedly involved in a car accident after the vehicle he was in crashed into a tree in the Hamptons. According to the New York Post, Stephen Baldwin was in the car with his brother, actor Alec Baldwin, who was driving the Range Rover when the accident took place on Monday, October 13.

In his statement which was obtained by USA Today, Stephen Baldwin stated that he "doing fine" and thanked fans for their concern. Meanwhile, Alec Baldwin took to Instagram a few hours after the incident to explain how the accident occurred. In the video, he can be heard saying:

"This morning, I was in a car accident. A guy cut me off in a truck, a big garbage truck the size of a whale. To avoid hitting him, I hit a tree. I hit a big, fat tree. It crushed my wife's car. I crushed my wife's car; I feel bad about that. It's all fine; I'm fine. My brother's fine."

Stephen Baldwin was born on May 12, 1966, to parents Carol Newcomb Martineau and Alexander Rae Baldwin jr. He and his several siblings grew up in Massapequa, New York, after which he went on to study at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, New York.

According to his IMDB profile, Baldwin made his acting debut in the 1988 film "The Beast" and has since appeared in several notable projects, including "The Usual Suspects," "Bio-Dome," "Threesome," " A Carpenter's Prayer," among others.

Stephen was first linked to graphic designer Kennya Deodata in the late 1980s. According to People Magazine, the couple met in 1987 while riding the bus in New York. The pair dated for three years before tying the knot in June 10, 1990.

Kennya Deodata, who was born in Brazil, is the daughter of award-winning composer Eumir Deodata and his first wife, Ruth Deodata. She and Stephen Baldwin share two children, their first daughter, Alaia Baldwin, was born in January, 1993. The couple welcomed their second daughter, Hailey Baldwin, in November 1996.

During a 2012 interview with CBS News, Stephen Baldwin offered a rare insight into his decades-long marriage, saying:

According to USA Today, Alec Baldwin and his brother were seen attending the Hampton International Film Festival last week, on Sunday, October 12, just one day before the accident.
