Late Euphoria star Angus Cloud's mother, Lisa, is suing a Sacramento law firm and accusing them of "elder abuse and emotional distress." The civil complaint was filed on October 31, and as per court documents obtained by People, Lisa alleges that attorney Michael Hackard, his associate Brian Geremia, and their firm Hackard Law allegedly "filed false and frivolous claims" against Angus' estate on behalf of Jonathan Kim. This comes after Lisa, in March 2025, pushed back against accusations by Jonathan Kim, who claimed to have been Angus Cloud's personal assistant and that Angus owed him $310,000 for work and commissions. She claims that the firm allegedly pursued a meritless lawsuit "generating attorney's fees and extracting settlement" causing "emotional distress, including anxiety, depression, sleeplessness, panic attacks and prolonged grief."Lisa argued that there was no evidence to support Kim's claims and that he later admitted a $195,000 claim for unpaid commissions was fabricated at the attorney's advice to make the case "worth their while."More about Angus Cloud's mother's legal battleLate Euphoria star, Angus Cloud, who played the role of Fezco, died of an accidental overdose on July 31, 2023.
