Louis Tomlinson and Zayn Malik's bond is tougher than ever. A fan took to X just this week to share a selfie with the former One Direction bandmates, and the image is already doing the rounds online.

It is unclear where the photo was taken, though the two singers have been known to hang out occasionally and even show each other support on public occasions.

Nonetheless, here's how one user jokingly reacted to the photos:

A look back at the last time Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson were spotted together

The pair were spotted hanging out just earlier this year, when Zayn Malik, 32, was on his Stairway to the Sky Tour stop in Los Angeles. He was performing at the Shrine Expo Hall on January 29 at the time, and he gave his old friend a shoutout from the stage. The singer told the audience:

"Tonight is kind of special. An old friend of mine is here supporting me tonight. He’s sitting somewhere here. I don’t want to give his location away, but Louis is here tonight."

Fans quickly spotted Tomlinson, 33, watching the show from the balcony as he patted his heart, seemingly in gratitude. Malik also dedicated two of his songs, What I Am and Alienated, to his friend that night. As per People Magazine, the pair also exited the venue together.

The pair were last spotted at their former bandmate Liam Payne's funeral last November. He plummeted to his death from a hotel balcony in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Harry Styles and Niall Horan were also at the memorial in Amersham, Bucks.
