Reality star Grace Lilly was arrested Monday in Charleston, California, after police say they pulled her over for a lane violation and found an outstanding warrant for harassment.

On Dec. 29, at around 1:40 a.m., the Southern Hospitality star was taken into custody on a charge of harassment in the second degree, per the Charleston Police Department.

The incident report details that Grace Lilly was pulled over at a gas station after she made "an illegal lane change and a possible wanted party." Her companion, identified as Brandon Klavon, remained in the front seat while she was asked to step out of the vehicle as authorities checked her belongings.

Officers discovered "a small container with 'Happy Pills' imprinted on the top" inside her purse. These contained "12 circular white pills with a 'P' imprint on one side, and half of an oblong blue pill with no identifiable imprints." The incident report went on:

"When asked about the pills found inside the purse, the offender stated that the blue pill was Xanax and the white pills were birth control. The offender stated she had a prescription for the Xanax but did not have any proof of that information available at the time."

The South Carolina Code of Laws states that second degree harassment is:

"a pattern of intentional, substantial, and unreasonable intrusion into the private life of a targeted person that serves no legitimate purpose and causes the person and would cause a reasonable person in his position to suffer mental or emotional distress."

Per the police report, authorities already had an active warrant out for Grace Lilly's arrest for a second degree harassment charge. Recalling, the TV personality was arrested in June 2016 on three drug possession charges, per the Charleston County Clerk of Court’s Office.

Following her latest arrest, Lilly took to her Instagram Stories to share a photo of herself, bikini-clad on a beach, with a glowing, italicized text:

"Wavy baby."

Grace Lilly revealed connecting with Bob Marley and Jesus during her spiritual journey

Grace Lilly's second degree harassment charge comes months after she expressed opened up about her desire for a career change. During a confessional on the Season 3 debut of Southern Hospitality, she shared:

"After five years of working at Republic Garden and Lounge, Grace Lilly has exited the building. I've been doing some modeling, and I just want to do like, bigger things. There's never any knowing of where Grace Lilly will jet off to. And I'm going to rock with it."

At the time, Lilly revealed connecting to Bob Marley, whom she revealed to be her "role model for life." Through the icon, she was inspired to seek guidance from the universe through spiritual practices, even participating in an ayahuasca ceremony to help her "dive deeper" into her emotions.

Lilly added that she had a "come to Jesus" moment and even had a conversation with Him during her spiritual journey.

"I just started crying, and in that moment I had just this sense of like, release."
