Lucas Bravo who plays the character of Gabriel said that he avoids small talk since he doesn't have the time for it. Bravo while speaking to PEOPLE at the Emily in Paris Season 5 world premiere event in Paris on December 15 opened up about his pet peeve and said:"I hate small talk. I hate talking about the weather and stuff like that. I don't have time for this."Bravo revealed that he enjoys deep conversations and added:"So what is my Roman Empire? I can't get enough deep conversations - talking about unconditional love and boundaries and self love and patterns and how to evolve and grow and the ways to do it. His comments were not well received and a source responded to the comments while speaking to US Weekly:"Everyone is so upset about the remarks he made."The source noted that there's going to be "a lot of tension" on sets as the cast works on Season 5 and that they will continue the series "with or without Lucas." The source also added:"The show is 'Emily in Paris' - not 'Gabriel in Paris.'In Season 4, while Emily ends up moving to Rome to pursue a new love interest and a new position at the French marketing firm, Gabriel continues to work as a chef in Paris. Season 5 does not feature much of Gabriel.
