New footage of Marcus Morris being arrested has emerged.

The NBA player, who was in the league for 13 years, was arrested last month at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport in Broward County, Florida. Now, TMZ has released a video of the sportsman, best known for his stint with the Suns and Clippers, among others, walking out of the airport flanked by cops and his hands in shackles.

In the video, officers from the Broward County Sheriff's Office can be seen approaching Marcus Morris and his family on July 27, while they were seated beside their gate. They called Morris away before explaining to him that they would be arresting him over an outstanding warrant, before they cuffed him.

They then made him sit in a wheelchair before shackling his legs as well, informing him that it was a "new policy." They then approached his brother, Markieff, and informed him of the debacle, noting that his twin was going to be detained at the Broward County jail without bond.

Everything we know about Marcus Morris' legal struggles:

Just last month, Marcus Morris was booked over a bad check. Two days after he was arrested, he appeared in court, where a judge denied his motion to set bond. At the time, the LA Times reported that she cited her inability to rule on an out-of-state case. Markieff was reportedly present at the hearing.

Per the outlet, records from the Las Vegas Township Justice Court state that there were two warrants issued for Morris' arrest, one in March and the other in June. He deals with the same two felony counts in either case:

"drawing or passing a check for $1,200 or more with the intent to defraud and theft valued at $100,000 or more."

Hoodline has reported that the unpaid casino markers at Las Vegas establishments totaled over $265,000. Per the outlet, Morris was in debt for $115,000 to the MGM Grand. He also owed $150,000 to Wynn Las Vegas. However, Morris reportedly paid off his debts, prompting his cases to be tossed out.

As pointed out by TMZ, Marcus Morris later took to Instagram to address the matter, conceding that the experience was harrowing. He also wished that the debacle had been handled differently. Furthermore, his brother echoed the sentiments when he took to X to slam officials as well:

"The wording is crazy. Damn for that amount of money they’ll embarrass you in the airport with your family. They got y’all really thinking bro did some fraud shit. They could have came to the crib for all that. When y’all hear the real story on this shit man. All I can say is Lesson learned. Bro will tell y’all tomorrow. This weird shit gave me a headache. Can’t stop nothin!"
