Megan Thee Stallion filed a lawsuit against Milagro Gramz on October 30, accusing the latter of cyberstalking her on behalf of Tory Lanez. However, the latter has since filed a motion of dismissal, citing failure to claim.

She also contended that Megan's accusations lacked evidence. In her filing, she maintained, as reported by Hot New Hip Hop:

"Plaintiff is suggesting here that merely liking, linking to, or talking about an online post regarding a public figure is a criminal offense."

Megan also accused Milagro Gramz of resorting to a campaign to “denigrate, belittle, insult” her.

Milagro Gramz claims the case is nothing but fictitious, and says the rapper will sue anyone who brings up her name

On November 26, Milagro Gramz's legal team filed for dismissal and referred to the lawsuit as “more like a press release” than a valid legal complaint. They claimed that it was based on nothing but “dubious legal claims” and other such allegations and therefore, it should be thrown out.

"Defendant submits that that Plaintiff’s Complaint which is buttressed on dubious legal claims and irrelevant and impertinent allegations that at best only tangentially relate to the Plaintiff, fails to state a cause of action under Florida law and should be DISMISSED."

Milagro Gramz's lawyers also accused Megan of attempting to threaten and quieten any critics, insinuating that, in this case, even discussing or mentioning her name culminated in a criminal case. Per the complaint, the defendant is being stopped from "exercising her First Amendment rights.” The complaint reads, in part:

"The Defendant is a social media blogger with approximately 27,000 followers who has written about current topics including celebrities, rappers, and the entertainment world."

The filing also claims that Megan Thee Stallion filed the lawsuit “to serve as a warning to other critics that if the Plaintiff does not like what you say about her, you will likely have to deal with a federal lawsuit."

"Plaintiff is suggesting here that merely liking, linking to, or talking about an online post regarding a public figure is a criminal offense subjecting one to criminal and civil liability.”

Back in October, Megan explained her reasons for filing the federal lawsuit in a statement with VIBE:

"It’s time to hold bloggers accountable for years of harassment, cyberbullying and the publication of misinformation about my personal and professional life. I’ve endured countless attacks on my character based on false narratives from social media bloggers misrepresenting themselves as journalists. It’s unacceptable behavior and these individuals need to understand there will be repercussions for recklessly posting lies and defamatory falsehoods.”

She also claimed that the speculations had “a negative effect” on her “mental and emotional state.”

Per Hot New Hip Hop, should either party fail to settle the case outside of court, it will go to trial on September 8th, 2025.
