Priscilla Presley is in the middle of the $50 million civil lawsuit filed by Kevin Fialko and Brigitte Kruse. The lawsuit states that she withdrew medical care from her daughter, Lisa Marie Presley, whom she shared with Elvis Presley, to regain control of Elvis Presley’s estate. Lisa Marie reportedly died of a bowel obstruction in January 2023. She was 54.

However, Priscilla's lawyer, Marty Singer, has rejected the lawsuit claims. In a statement reported by People, he said the lawsuit is:

"One of the most shameful, ridiculous, salacious, and meritless lawsuits I have seen in my practice"

He further added that the lawsuit is

"Nothing more than a sad and vicious attempt to falsely tarnish the reputation of an eighty year old woman in blatant retaliation for bringing a lawsuit to redress the wrongful conduct of Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko, and their co-conspirators."

Adding to the same, he said:

"These fabricated claims have absolutely no validity and we are confident this case will be dismissed."

Complete details of the lawsuit filed against Priscilla Presley

Kevin Fialko and Brigitte Kruse are the actresses' former business partners. Along with claiming she withdrew medical care from Lisa Marie, they also accuse her of defrauding them and harming their reputation. The lawsuit also includes Keya Morgan, claiming to be Priscilla’s friend and an attorney.

The lawsuit reportedly states:

"Priscilla, who knew that Lisa was in the process of taking steps to remove her as the sole trustee of Lisa’s irrevocable life insurance trust, saw an opportunity to regain control"

According to the lawsuit, Priscilla 'pulled the plug' on Lisa Marie before Riley Keough arrived at the hospital, as she wanted control of Graceland.

The lawsuit also mentions Riley Keough, daughter of Lisa Marie Presley and Danny Keough, with whom the plaintiffs negotiated deals for her and other family members after Priscilla challenged Lisa Marie’s trust. Riley is 36.

Kruse and Fialko's lawyer, Jordan Matthews, said in a statement reported by The Hollywood Reporter:

"The evidence will establish that the real victims here are my clients, who invested millions and years of hard work into revitalizing Priscilla Presley’s brand, only to be betrayed and falsely accused once the money was on the table and every personal and business issue had been resolved."

Priscilla Presley sues Brigitte Kruse for $1M

Kruse took legal action against Priscilla in 2023 for allegedly breaking their contract after forming Priscilla Presley Partners. Presley also reportedly ended communication with Kruse and Fialko and barred them from the 2023 Venice premiere of Priscilla.

A year after, Presley filed a lawsuit against Brigitte Kruse. The lawsuit also mentioned Priscilla Presley Partners, Vahe Sislyan, Kevin Fialko, and Lynn Walker Wright. The lawsuit, filed in 2024, alleged that Kruse stole $1 million from Presley.

The filing stated:

"They convinced that all of her former advisors were either deceitful or incompetent, and that she was leaving millions of dollars on the table as the result of their mismanagement"

The documents claimed the defendants tricked Priscilla into giving them power of attorney and control over her trusts and bank accounts. However, Brigitte's lawyers chose not to respond at that time, saying:

"We cannot respond because counsel has not been served with a copy of the lawsuit. We have alerted Ms. Presley’s attorneys that we do not have a copy of this filing, but they have not responded."

Priscilla Presley’s lawyer says Riley Keough supports her grandmother

Along with calling the lawsuit shameful, Presley's lawyer, Marty Singer, gave another statement mentioning Riley, as reported by People. The statement stated that Riley:

"stands behind her grandmother 100% and is equally disgusted with this latest, vicious attempt by Kruse to attempt to ruin her grandmother’s life"

Riley Keough was announced as the sole heir of Lisa Marie’s trust in 2023.
