Scott Wolf's wife, Kelley Wolf, has been arrested on the charge of electronic harassment. In the late hours of Tuesday, Aug. 26, Kelley Wolf was arrested on the charges of electronic communication harassment and electronic disclosure of personal identifying information.
Electronic harassment, which is also sometimes referred to as cyber harassment or online harassment, is known as the repeated usage of electronic communication to target an individual with threatening or harmful behavior. Kelley has been charged with this type of behaviour due to her Instagram posts, which are aimed at doxxing friends and family members, including Scott, and have become quite confrontational. The TV star has posted a stream of insults and allegations against them, as well as included communication with her three minor children.

Besides online harassment, the posts also go against a press gag order for Scott and Kelley Wolf to not post about one another, their marriage, their children, or their divorce, which was signed by a Utah judge on Tuesday, according to PEOPLE magazine. The stipulation includes not making any negative remarks about the other parent to the children, either verbally or in writing.
Scott opened up about the issues, stating, ""I am now choosing to come forward and share that she has described to me her plans to 'make claims' about me, although she also admitted, 'I do not believe they’re true,' in order to gain an advantage in what she sees as a ‘battle’ in court, and in the court of public opinion. In order to protect my kids, I am providing the text messages she sent to me where she describes this plan, so there are no questions about her intentions, or the malicious intent behind her false allegations made and/or planned for the future."
He further added, "I hope that anyone who might speak publicly or report on such things, will consider this before spreading any further information from a clearly unreliable and completely compromised source. I continue to ask for privacy and respect for our family, and give thanks to all those who have shown their love and support."
Kelley Wolf decided not to hold back and retorted by stating PEOPLE magazine,
"I will be very clear when I say this: I don't believe that Scott would [abuse our children]."
She added, "I've lost my career, my reputation, my children, my integrity, my honor, my devotion to my marriage. As a parent, I have literally lost everything except my life. I've done everything strategic, and I'm hopeful for my children."
Kelley Wolf's arrest
The Real World: New Orleans star is going through a divorce with her husband and is currently detained at Summit County Jail, Utah. However, no formal charges have been filed at this point, and she has yet to go before a judge.
Just before she was taken to jail, Kelley Wolf shared about her arrest on her Instagram Stories.
"The police are at my house to arrest me. I have no idea why. Deputy Norton said I must comply and I will. I am not suicidal. I am no danger to anyone. I have done nothing," she added. "I am so scared. So confused."
The duo share sons Jackson and Miller and daughter Lucy and were married for 21 years before announcing their parting in June. Scott holds temporary sole physical custody of their kids and temporary "decision-making authority," according to the agreement, while Kelley has "liberal" supervised parenting time and is allowed to respond if the kids initiate additional contact.
In the claims that she has made, she accuses Scott of abusing their children and having apparently hatched a plan to "create more urgency to get the kids back. Or at least get back joint custody." Kelley wrote in the messages that Scott had turned her into a villain after he dismissed the restraining order against her, and in desperation, she had to "produce claims that are either the same as yours or greater." However, the actor has proof of all of these text messages, while Kelley has made those alleged claims both online and in several 911 calls, as reviewed by PEOPLE magazine.
It's unclear if Kelley Wolf has obtained any legal counsel.
