Stefon Diggs is taking legal action after a social media influencer leveled explosive claims against the New England Patriots star.

In a report obtained by TMZ, the NFL wide receiver filed a libel lawsuit on Oct. 1, pushing back against Christopher Blake Griffith, the social media influencer who accused Diggs of sexual assault, drugging, and even conspiring to have him killed. These allegations went public on Instagram in the summer of 2025.

Per the court documents, Stefon Diggs claims he and Griffith, along with other influencers, went clubbing in Washington, D.C., after a charity basketball game back in 2023. They then went to Diggs' home in Maryland afterwards.

The Patriots wide receiver claims in his lawsuit that he called off the night and went to his bedroom, while his assistant asked Griffith to leave, and it was during this time that the alleged assault occurred.

In May that year, Griffith reported Stefon Diggs to the police, citing that he “drugged and sexually assaulted” him and alleged that the NFL star conspired to have him murdered to “suppress his gay/bisexual secrets.”

The internet personality claimed that Stefon Diggs provided him with "candy" that was laced with drugs and made unwanted sexual advances before battering and coercing him into a car.

Two years later, Griffith took to his social media account to retell the assault incident, putting Diggs in a hot seat with his previous accusations against the Patriots wide receiver.

In an Instagram Story, the influencer tagged the footwear brand Ugg and Sex and the City star Sarah Jessica Parker.

For context, Diggs and Parker collaborated on the brand's "Iconic From the First Step" campaign for Autumn/Winter 2025.

Griffith expressed how "disgusted" he was that the company picked Diggs for the campaign, despite the police report he lodged against him.

In another post, he also revealed what he asserted to be a copy of his report in the August 2025 post, mentioning the NFL and the Patriots in his social media post.

"Y’all gon let Aaron Hernandez 2.0 just run wild without penalty?"

Griffith shared on his Instagram story about the late tight end, who was convicted of first-degree murder in 2015 and died by self-inflicted death in 2017 while in prison.

Meanwhile, in the newly emerged legal documents, Diggs has denied the accusations and is now seeking damages and lawyers' fees.

However, Jake Lebowitz, Griffith's attorney, reiterated that the social media figure is the real victim.
